How to learn English?

First of all, you must be recognize I am as a non native English speaker. But, I absolutely declare myself as an immortal English learner. I have been learning and practicing English since I was 7 and now I turn 30. It means I am wrestling with English for 23 years, more or less. Still and all, I have not found myself mastering English.

Here, I do not want to teach you how to be better at English. I would prefer to let you know that mastering English or any new languages is only for an eager person. So, if you are not then forget about fluency and language improvement that you dream of.

Talking about English, I would split it into three skills namely Speaking, Writing, Listening, and Reading. Each part of the competency needs a certain tips to master it. Sometimes, people (who are not the native speakers) are in their best for writing yet not for the other skills. Otherwise, someone can be able to speak English like a native but they cannot even writing properly. Why does this happen?

In my experience, I have been attending several English courses either it's in formal or an informal way, locally or internationally. And what I found is mastering English reflects how we can handle, combat, and manage our time perfectly. What I mean is self management is an absolute requirement for a learner. You can just start learning English from now on. Do not wait until you feel ok and ready to learn. All you need is just a commitment of never stop learning every day even every time.

I took several English Tests to measure my ability of English like TOEIC, TOEFL and IELTS. I can share my score before and after I set my strategy of learning English. And amazingly, that is surprised me. I even could not believe I can improve my English Test Score significantly.
